Refunds and exchanges

We strive to provide the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.


You can return or exchange your package up to 14 days after receiving it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the delivery company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect (colour or size) due to our reasons, the consumer does not have to bear the freight for this.



1. In the unfortunate case that your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, just take a photo of the item and ship the package, it arrives, then attach the photo by email and send it to [email protected].


2. Your order will have some professional advice. Our service team will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.


3. Please pack the items to be returned with their original packaging and take the packages to your local post office to ensure they arrive safely.


4. We will return and exchange your package as soon as we receive it. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.


5. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. rxdua.com will not refund, reimburse, pay or be liable for any charges not paid to rxdua.com. This includes any customs duties or VAT, as well as any return shipping costs that you may incur during the refund process. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to purchase the order.


Return condition

1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. The following items are not refundable: custom products, tights, underwear and pajamas, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event and party supplies, accessories (except scarves and bags).


3. Returned items must be in their original packaging unused. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.


4. We do not accept returned items that are sent directly back by you without proper return requirements. Please be sure to check the return with our staff first.


5. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Shipping charges for returned packages are non-refundable.


6. Be sure to check returns carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-RXDUA products.


Note: Original shipping charges and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

If you would like to return a product, please contact us and our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.



Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Refund details for custom digital printing products and custom embroidery products

I. Refund policy for custom digital printing products


Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled because all orders are personalized. If there are any questions or errors in your order, you can contact us directly at [email protected]


Returns, exchanges and cancellations


Since our artists start working and designing as soon as your order is placed, you cannot claim a full refund even if there is no production.


A. If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we can provide you with a partial refund, and since the design work has been put in, we will deduct $6 (digital print design price) from the full refund.


b. If your package has not been shipped more than 24 hours after you place your order, we can only give you a half refund because your custom product is in production and is almost finished.


c. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot claim any type of refund.


d. If for some reason you want us to draw a new design from a different photo (before the order is shipped), you will need to pay $6 per new photo as we will start the new design from scratch.
